BRAND new home that boo boo cost 25k.framing a house where in you dropped a ball at one end and it runs out the next.. get vertigo in it. It would be suicide for an out of stater, imo.

This would be business suicide, to take a PERFORMING NOTE and turn it into a NON-PERFORMING one?  

We also have the new Bomber contract which is supposed to bring in 6500 jobs over the next few years which should flatten out (to some extent) the next downturn...

I want to know your thoughts about something that I realize is a sensitive subject in our present day and challenges my own industry.Call it career suicide, but I offer no apologies for opening this discussion because I'm hopeful that it will spark some interesting ideas amidst what I know is an intellectual group of people.If I'm wrong about anything in the post, PLEASE speak up, and tell me.

My opinion is it may limit the buyer pool slightly, or it may bring about buyers remorse later on that you may hear about it, every Murder or Suicide house I have sold, the buyer finds out usually when they meet the neighbors, Personally I shy away from stigmatized homes, even though here in WI we do not have to disclose it. 

Taking a listing that you know you can't sell so that you can put out a lot of signs and ultimately advertise that you can't sell homes is suicide.
