Once you've done enough of these, you can decide if you want to invest even these 10 or 15 minutes - you'll recognize which properties are beyond the realm of reason and discard them immediately.Now take the analysis one level deeper by looking at the property's current condition.

Everyone knows that bank-owned properties are like discarded cell phones.

I recently read that in Portugal it's commonplace for people not to be able to flush TP down the toilet as their sewer infrastructure is inferior - they have to discard TP in bins.
