You can't compare how well a cabin in Asheville or a penthouse in NYC to a themed out house next to Disney.

OR to HI is a common theme, actually a lot of overlap of seasonal owners that go between.

We had a Playstation (first generation) get stolen of all things, countless board games, and even an expensive salad/mixing bowl that was my buddy's wedding present was outside as a makeshift ashtray.

I do know the Med Center, Methodist, and several other privately owned healthcare facilities in Omaha specifically do use travelers often.

And yes, has to "themed" out in order to garner more attetion.  

My plan is to use the google form to get them to the unit viewing them explain to the me that they'll have to use the app to apply, pay, and request maintenance. 

One of the things to look at is do you want something truly turn key with many future bookings or get a better deal on something that isn't performing for the current owner and add value with theming.

Be sure to theme the bedrooms and convert the garage to something more functional.

@Alex Show  Your success or failure will be based off your management, which resort and your theming.

With either of these types of units, like @Michael Baum mentioned, there is much more competition, 3-5 bedroom units make up over 40% of the market and it is much harder to make a small unit stand out from the competition with theming etc.
