@Shawn Westbrook my personal must-haves: skirt board ladder, left-handed hammer, glass hammer, lightning hammer (never strikes the same place twice), wood enlarger, nailing lubricant, and a rip saw with a pull chord.

Always look to open up spaces and add, or enlarge, windows. 

I'll try to enlarge closets and upgrade laundry areas and such.
