By catering to consumers’ demand for unique experiences that can’t be found online, malls are redefining the purpose of brick-and-mortar retail to thrive in the digital age.

I can see wholesaling is a runaway freight train on BP. 

And in this Covid-19 redefined economy, Cash is Queen.  

With skyrocketing prices in major metros, many investors I know are looking beyond the usual hot spots.The "first three rules" are still important, but location might be getting redefined.

In markets where land costs are low and freight traffic is high one can arbitrage the high value of truck parking against the low cost of land and minimal maintenance capex of this model, yielding healthy cash flow.  

Once you fail forward than follow these steps :  (Fail -  Recollect- Redefine -Rejuvenate - Repeat) 

That's why the super-savers, who consciously turn off the pursuit of material goods and social experiences are often the ones with the best odds of retiring early.I get what you are saying, and I have nothing against bums or extreme savers, I just don't think you can redefine what wealthy means so it loses all meaning.Everyone on BP is investing in real estate to become wealthy.

Another thing that changes, is that we have redefined 'emergencies' to mean the REAL ones (like a desperately wanted vacation doesn't qualify as an 'emergency': if we wanted that we would sooner find a cheap/ free alternative to get the benefits of vacation, etc. )I strongly encourage anyone that does not yet save on a consistent basis to start with 10% (or another percentage amount) and see what happens.
