Forbis unresponsive landlords and property managers give most a bad name.

I've fired more lawyers, accountants, and agents for being unresponsive than anything else. 

That person also told me that after contacting the Johnstown Cortona office they are very unresponsive.

I have a tenant occupied property where I need to replace the fridge and my normal contact is unresponsive.

I've called, texted, and even stopped by the guy's house a couple times, and he is unresponsive the last several days.
