I have been kind of in the behind the scenes mode for most of this year.

I would be coming in through an LLC, so feel comfortable with liability protection as it relates to other assets, but still, will be on title, so there is exposure.As a real estate guy I'm still in growth mode and am having a hard time swallowing the dst pill. 

I've seen so many super intelligent real estate investors make no traction because they can't move from learning mode to action mode.

I'm in several co-living groups, and the rent by the room model is getting more popular.

I think the proven fix n flip model is mid high end.

I've had several of them installed in the past without my consent, but over the last two years, I always get a call to ask and I say put it on a pole next to the house.This is one of my pet peeves because the installers and tenants can be in an "I don't care where you drill holes, just get my satellite in every room" mode.

Just because some do it poorly doesn't mean the business model is flawed.Some of the benefits to the landlord:- A tenant lol.

If you want directions, you need to tell us where you are, where you want to go, and what your mode of transportation will be.

But, I'd like to go for the FHA loan, occupy one unit, and follow that model.
