As a DC landlord and property owner, I have grown tired of the constant burden of red tape in the district which unfairly benefits those who know how to play the system.I had the thought of joining up with other owners to see if we can form a group to petition the district to make the judgement and eviction process fair for us.Anyone interested??

If it were me I would tape the notice to enter across the door jamb so you can see if the unit has been entered.
