I am a new Bigger Pockets member from California and very excited about adventuring into real estate investing.

Everyone can pick their adventure in real estate which is what makes it so interesting.

If you are feeling more adventurous, just get a text editor (i.e. notepad++ or sublime text) and write your own html and css (there are many youtube videos that can guide you through this process).  

If you can't figure it out within 10 days, find a new adventure.

What I would do: I'd buy a gold claim and grubstake an adventurous person to mine it for a split of the gold with a very low overhead operation.

I find that Canadians who invest here do so for two reasons: sound financial judgement (Returns are great here) and the attraction for a warmer climate.I look forward to helping those of you want to adventure outside of their homeland.Thanks
