I believe that will limit your pool dramatically, as there are many VR owners who don't want the hassle of personally managing their property.#2 - You're never going to filter out every scam artist in the world, if they're really determined.  

I currently own one MFH I purchased though Justin and have one V/R in Gatlinburg TN.

QUESTION: How do you recommend finding clients and marketing the heck out of a newly listed VR?

Nothing exciting here but one of my fears is that a quest's dog will get sprayed by a skunk at our VR in the country and it will get in the house, ruining the carpet & furniture, lol.
