You say credit cards, loans, car repo, student loans, collections and child support.

These were most common with used car listings and other large purchases from 2nd-hand seller exchanges like FB marketplace, but we occassionally saw them involve real estate as well. 

Going forward I am thinking of charging for home office, phones, related car and meal expenses, potentially a vehicle in LLCs name, etc.

After living here for a month or so we noticed that another duplex down the street never had any cars there and after checking, we found out it's abandoned and trashed.

I would do this even if you have an LLC in case the really worst case scenario happens and you have a car accident that kills someone or you accidentally burn down someone's building.
