The resident manager, house manager will assist but at the end of the day it will be your responsibility to ensure the goal of having a sober living environment is met.

I'd recommend reaching out to a cpa that can assist with this prior to executing a cost segregation study.One other note is that you don't need to complete the cost seg in 2025.

@Mark Soreco the other option I would suggest, is to hire a virtual assistant and have him/her handle all your tenant communication, leasing, scheduling and vendor management.
