Gastonia didn't really have the same housing explosion Charlotte did, so I wouldn't expect a lot of homes that fit their profile in there.I agree it looks as though they manage these from a macro-level.

For instance, if you utilize a full-time housekeeping staff, it may also be wise to have a couple of housekeeping staff report on a different schedule to accommodate day-use rooms.I really don't see day-use rooms being an explosive seller, so wouldn't need a dedicated staff for day-use rooms.

look on airdna for rental data, just be aware the explosion of hosts has created a glut, and low prices in some cities, so it is a very competitive environment.

It certainly beats the crap out of working an additionl 40 hrs/week to gain overtime salary.Maybe it's more like this-- it's better ROI to put your cash in a money market account than keep it under your mattress; but it's better to put it into an index fund than a money market; better still to select a prize-winning stock; better still to correctly pick hedge funds/explosive growth companies, etc., etc.
