Haven’t discussed pricing yet but probably won’t get as great of a deal on this one but it is a beautiful log cabin with big windows and fireplace overlooking the water.

The chimney contractor replaced the cap, but requires the branches be trimmed before he can perform repairs on the chimney because it is still leaking into the fire place after the cap was replaced. 

She does all our work from ceramics to decks to siding to fireplace to drywall. 

I believe you were there also, standing next to the fireplace.

We moved the fireplace to the corner of the family room.

You may need to flip the pantry, island and doorway to work with the fire place wall and play with dimensions, but you get the idea. 

The front living room area smells like fireplace HORRIBLY, and the house is so dirty it is tough to live in.

Living room: We put in a fireplace insert with a blower, it really heats the place up fast.

Don't get too obsessed with the marginal value of a second fireplace or a deck in the back.
