Mistakes are inevitable in real estate, whether it’s a missed repair in underwriting, a contractor who walks off with a deposit, or poorly executed work.

They won't necessarily pick the cheapest place - reasonable people tend to be suspicious of super-cheap prices - but they'll hedge their bets with lower-cost rates, which drives everything down.

The couple is older, and they are having trouble betting into the standard bathtub/shower.

But if I was a betting man, I'd bet prices will be higher in 50 years than they are today. 

I would bet you can find a few folks who have invested with them in @Jim Pfeifer's Left Field Investors group. 

Most red flags appear through inconsistent stories, poor communication, urgency, or hesitation to provide documents. 

Many sponsors are equity-rich but cash-poor, and equity partners are definitely holding the leverage.

TLDR;By my findings, if you are a long term Airbnb host/Superhost, etc and had your bookings DROP OFF A CLIFF this summer, switch to "Flexible" cancellations and I bet your bookings will go back to "normal".So I have been hosting since 2018hundreds of reviews, still over a 4.9+ score.
