It startles the hell outta me!

We filed a police report, they moved out early very startled, and the house is still on the market, and I have reached out to some folks but none including my relator has ran into a situation like this.

I was startled for once, but I knew I was being pushed into a bad decision.

I'd rather spending more energy on refining that strategy than constantly getting startled by some new predictions coming online.
