Bigger Pockets is one of those tools and I hope to use this as median for new business ventures and adventures.

I too am just starting my adventure in the world of REI so we are in very similar boats so to speak.

Hey All,My name's Ben, I'm 26, working full time, and just getting started with my real estate adventure.  

Soccer, music, reading, being with family, and traveling/adventuring are some of my interests/hobbies.

I’m not sure what the entire picture looks like yet or how I will get there but when I ran across the BiggerPockets podcast while looking for something to expand my knowledge and to listen to during my drive in to and from work, it seemed like a godsend.So in summation, thank you to Brandon and Josh for getting me here via podcast, I’m looking forward to getting to know the rest of you on this site, and I’m ready to start this crazy new adventure!

I do have 50k to spend and I hope that would be enough for purchasing a decent boat for my business adventure.
