In addition, I know some tax incentives were provided to Embraer Executive Aircraft to attract them to come to the area.Also, Northrop Grumman has committed to building a large engineering facility that will be bringing 1800 jobs to the area around 2017 and rumors are that a large yacht manufacturer will be coming to Merritt Island.

Brandon, I didn't see Jon suggest at all that you should do turnkey deals, in fact, you'll do better staying away from them.You certainly don't want a note from a turnkey sale, the transactions are usually overpriced which means the note would not reflect a good value to rely on as collateral.You need a good understanding of RE before you get into thinking about notes, need to be able to fly a single engine fixed wing aircraft before flying a 747. :)

But they left a few key things, and it struck me as odd, if not strategic that they didn't do these until after inspection - despite the MLS listing these items, and agreeing that all were included/to be done home before I even made an offer2) The Home inspection came up with a few more things.
