Some will be slap and dash home depot specials but some will be quality and people are trying to get out with the perceived slide. 

My dreams of the best deal for my first deal were dashed. 

The first and most obvious way is of course, "budgeting" this can help you save money and reconsider going out to eat or going to the park instead of some kind of expensive attraction. another great way is cooking at home, you can save a TON of money by simply buying food to cook at home instead of ordering door dash or going out to the restaurant.

However, you really can't get the adrenaline rush anywhere else without risking your life. 

There is a strong amount of uncertainty which gets my adrenaline going.  

Is there anything that can be done to the tenants if try/decide to trash and dash?

If a person dissected what I wrote here, studied from past posts and had a dash of luck, I think a person could figure it out, maybe. 

It really gave my adrenaline to get out there and start the next one!

I can imagine the adrenaline rush you wake up w/ every morning.
