Now, to some this might be amazing money, to the majority this is either a pay cut or of level we could think of many things that would not only be more profitable but with certainty and not gamble of success.

My point is this, unless you do SERIOUSLY BULK mailing, it is like gambling... and... the house always wins.. and thus you lose.So in other words, the only people winning doing DMM are the DMM companies.

You should know better.Let me again show you exactly what DMM is and how it traps you into bankruptcy especially for beginners.Orange line is your potential profits,  and the blue line is the potential Cost/deal.Unless you are sending 10,000 mailers, you are gambling and you know what they say about gambling.

this is why I personally am bullish on Vegas.. at least the newer areas of Summerlin or Henderson.. homes that were built in the 90s or 2000s  Stucco  tile roofs desert landscape.. with A class tenants  no income tax and  property tax's subsidized by gambling. property tax's are by far teh lowest I have ever seen in the US for investors..
