Genuinely curious.a transfer into an inter vivos trust in which the borrower is and remains a beneficiary and which does not relate to a transfer of rights of occupancy in the property)OK, so the lender has the option of calling the note due and payable when they discover the transfer.However, the LLC likely won't be affording ANY liability protection by being a beneficiary, so why the heck use an LLC at that point?
