Account Closed  Nice thought Wendell but not really practical.. it takes a ton of time and effort to do big show trainings ... and other than BP meet ups  ( which still cost a lot of money like the one J martin did in SF and is to be applauded for)...

Our current agent is the only agent who has suggested that we try to sell them separately since selling them together didn't appear to work.On the other hand, maybe prospective buyers are waiting to see how much lending rates decline in the next few months and what happens with the Costa-Hawkins proposition on CA ballots this November.

The money is guaranteed, no one is running around with pit bulls and smoking god knows what and I get a free inspection each year by the Oakland Housing Authority or the Contra Costa Housing Authority.
