Not accepting each and every application tendered, regardless of obvious qualification issues, carries the risk of being accused of illegal discrimination.The person who applies to 20 different places possibly is not doing his own due diligence, and is unknowingly applying to places where he clearly doesn't qualify.

Before I bought it I was buying real estate giving myself and my daughter something to do, my lily girl (Alice kate) was disabled and a single father it gave us something to look forward to every day rehabbing apartments, I started doing some research on turning a small complex into something for her and design it for her wheelchair in case something would ever happen to me, she would have her own place ,in my research I seen assisted living facilities and thought thats what she needs something with nurses. well I found this 4000sqft building and it was an ALF I made the owner an offer and bought it!

How the Fed actually works is via printing NOTES (ready the "cash" in your wallet, it does not say money) BUT that is not what is referenced when it is said the Fed is issuing $3T into the system, they don't crank up the printing press's and dance down the street sprinkling out new notes to all the good little boys and girls
