And I should be able to almost save up enough to cover a 2nd property.Currently I only have 15 varieties of blueberries, 2 apple trees, cherries, currants, elderberries, honeyberry, and 3 different varieties of raspberries.This next year I hope to plant 12 apple trees, 3 or 4 pear trees, 80 raspberries, 50 blueberry, 10 grapes, 10 elderberry, 20 cherry bushes.  

On the other hand, the old saying, "the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the next best time is today" applies to most things in life.

There is 10 new developments all throughout the city taking place on top of the new Chrysler plant. 

We have a couple of hospitals that are smaller, but have a large # of travel professionals and we also have a lot of construction projects, manufacturing plants, etc for temporary workers.

I also created an area of raised bed garden in the back with drip irrigation for each to plant food.

Right now Tropical Countries don't seem to be getting hit, but that may be due to lack of test kits.

And don't get me started on how Community property states vs non community property states have mucked up the whole LLC entity issue.But for purposes of entity ownership and identification of actual tax payer (which was @Michael Plante's question) I don't think there's going to be any state nuance that will differ. 

As a matter of fact, I was just told that some of these hotel conferences plant their own people in the audience as part of the “chosen ones” and when you see them getting up to go sign up in the back, it gives you a sense of urgency that it must be right if others are doing it.

Plus American made right in Freemont CA.. were I grew up basically driving by the old Chevy plant that became the Numi plant that became the Tesla plant.. instead of those dead and dying apocalyptic factories you see in Detroit  LOL..
