Went under contract on my primary in March and closed in May, just a few weeks after they laid off about 80% of our plant (not me thankfully).

When I first leased up my 6 unit building in 2009 one of my original tenants asked me to plant a bush behind his unit to give him more privacy.

Currently the unemployment is lower than 5%, this is due to many plants and factories in need of workers and the housing is at about an 800 unit deficit (with 2 new complexes). 

You must plant seed after seed after seed.

@Michael Plante, well, I consider it content for my future book :) The condo association has to approve all applicants, so I don't want anyone wasting their $100 if I already know they'll be declined.
