I view ownership of physical gold and silver as insurance against a catastrophic failure of government-- Just like a supply of canned foods are insurance against failure of the food supply chain.

Current mortgage holder won’t consider a refi.

Being that we are an AG economy and food will be being exported regardless we should be ok.

This is a retail property that used is currently occupied by fast food restaurant and I intent to rent it out as a different kind of restaurant. 

@Aigo Pyles yes, and they are landlords as well so I feel good about them being food tenants

I had to run some errands the other day, and I went to the Walmart in Nampa, then stopped by Whole Foods in downtown Boise, got gas in Eagle and was back home in Meridian.  

Brother is in a doctorate program for physical therapy, Uncle is part owner of an architecture/CaD business, Cousin has high paying career at Tyson Food, my wife and I earn quite a bit between our civilian careers and air national guard pay, and my friend/co-worker/current business partner has a great salary being in the military.
