As a responsible adult, you have an obligation to pay back your OSAP loan when you are able to do so.

Funny enough, I used to live on Beacon HIll too as a young adult which has changed tremendously since I was a kid.

The fact of the matter is, these were adults making decisions about their own assets (seller and investor).

There is a guy around my area that runs about 10 of them and makes big $$$ doing it .That’s interesting  one of our local county commissioners runs several group homes and is making good money as well  I’d thought about converting a six unit into a group home to increase the profits  you can get more per door for sure but depending on what you’re doing it requires some setup and employees - intellectually disabled adults vs other mental ailments vs substance abuse or halfway house etc.

Ideally it's for young adults that want to pay cheaper rent and rent by the room .

Also, are you screening each adult that’s going to be living in the home?

After reading the Kiyosaki books and seeing so many middle class adults struggling to make ends meet I do not want to end up like that.I want to be able to do whatever I want when I want.

There are many wineries, ok for adults, but not a kid destination.

Most of us (say ~30 and under) have never woken up one day as adults with the market being worse than it was the day before.

Based on layout, this house seems like it would work better as an adult family home or possibly rent by the room.
