Every state has a statement or terms that vary including typical citations of specific state statutes that authorize LLCs.  

Might as well give code compliance your address so they don't have to do much work to send a citation.

I researched a few units through the county code violations website and found so many citations for poor conditions, dangerous construction issues, and unpermitted work that it just didn't make sense...yet.For a new investor, I thought I found a gold mine!!

One person I turned in got a citation from the state.

I do charge a pass thru cost of any HOA or  town citations on the property but I do not add on any admin fee for myself for this.  

Submitted a request to get a fire report and also sent a request to city for all the citations they have on this house.

That can then create a citation in which a new appraisal has to be ordered or at least an update of the first appraisal done.
