As to the shingles, most  areas will only allow up to two layers of shingles, some only one.

You could wear a mask all day, and go touch a public surface (escalator/stairs railing, door knob, etc) then go grab an apple from your local grocery store, take your mask off, and eat that apple.

Since there is no playbook for a pandemic , I went to my crystal ball , and all it said was " Put a mask on and get 6 ft away "  You can speculate , guess , predict and who knows , especially with the election coming up .

I have always used floating, rigid back, with a high wear layer..12mm at the low end, 20 preferably.

I only saw one person wearing a mask (the wrong kind and incorrectly) and I went to 5 stores.Our gov has prohibited events of 250 or bigger and I think he is going to close all public schools in the 3 affected counties.

But peel the layers back on the market data and the answer may be a yes. 

I'd stay quiet, she's actually doing you a service, now instead of recruiting those friends of hers joining in with their like mob - mentality to your properties, she's actually deterring them, resulting in a free layer of tenant screening. but do continue to monitor/document if you are so inclined in case this escalates.
