The remedial work and sitting in a classroom to do it was torture. 

Have a professional evaluate if there is any damage and if so how much it will cost to remediate.

Depending on where you live, there may be different legal remedies available.

I rather suspect that this tenant will find it quite tedious to be repairing the house every 6 months after your "safety inspections" disclose serious damage that needs to be remediate (at her expense). 

Remedies for default are spelled out in your contract.  

I went online after to find out everyone had the same problem with the sprayer and Ryobi was not doing a good job of remedy.

The lead abatement contractor license would be the license to remediate lead paint.

If not, can someone give me an idea of what cost has been involved in the lead paint remediation?

If there's a major issue, ask the inspector how it should be remedied, who should do that work and maybe an estimate of the cost.
