Hello all, I am a 22 year old male currently working for a real estate data and analytics company in upstate NY.  

So I am in a unique situation currently because I don't own a home and live with my parents (common cultural thing for South East Asians) and now they are moving to Virginia but aren't selling this home.

And they're are ALL purchased by Asians.

Some more details:- I'm a 34 year old, single male, recently divorced and would like to be near an area where people go out. 

Here need talk to building department for address change. depend on city, some are easy some are difficult.BTW, in some Asian culture, 666 is super good lucky number.

I have a lot of crystal chandeliers and it was recently mentioned to me by a male friend that the lighting may be turning off potential buyers as it is very over the top.

The reason he mentioned a washing machine hose is because you need two female fittings, whereas a normal water hose has a female and male.
