Drum up enough business to make that full time after school.

You can beat the Chinese drum all you like but even the BC government's survey proved (the survey that was used to put in draconian investment laws which resulted in the market slowing down) that "Chinese" buyers are less than 10% of the entire volume traded - in BC!

I know I wouldn't try to poach another agents' clients if that client already had one sending them properties but there are indeed Realtors that are unscrupulous and would push down their own mothers to drum up business.Just put yourself in the shoes of the agent and ask how you'd like to spend time working for someone and then see that potential business go to the next guy/gal.

Next week, I'll begin holding open houses for fellow agents in an attempt to drum up some buyers.

Being a big Audible fan the Famous Four segment is drumming up quite a bit a business up for Audible.com as I keep buying books and running out of credits lol.
