Prior to 2018, I oversaw the FL division for the 3rd largest VR mgmt company in the nation(rather not say the name to give them free promo here).

Wondering what credit card you like to use to manage your VR/STR to reap the points from general Op Ex? 

We'd hoped to do shed dormers, but that would require too much engineering which would eat up a lot of time and not sure HOA would approve it, so we're trying to do the max we can with what's there (minus a few walls) That is going to be another great one for VR or full time living, etc. so should sell quickly, as it's part of SHARC which has waterslides, fitness, boat launch, etc. , and is close to The Village at Sunriver, a big bonus. 

Lauderdale you're doing VR?  

Expect to pay about two grand to get a reasonable coverage for your VR.

For now it's great for groups that go to Bethel, or for a VR for families, etc.

No license is required for VR managers in Florida.

As for VR, its all about amazing pictures and great reviews.
