My cancellation policy there is similar to the other platforms, up to 30 days before I give a full refund minus a 3% credit card fee, because that's what Square charges even when refunding guests.

This fee was already being charged to all merchants and hotel operators, but the City just enlarged the scope to include STRs as well.
