Hi @Kenneth Kirkland, When you buy a property, the assets transfer but money like security deposits or reserve funds doesn’t automatically.

Each property is worth about $2m today and mostly occupied.

I cannot tell you how many times I review a property and they have no T-12 or expenses or anything to share.

I've saved up a good chunk of change.Hey Nick,It probably wouldn't make financial sense to househack since you'll have to pay $100s -1,000s each month for living expenses.

I rarely visiting my property.

So, how long do you hold the property open for them in case they "return"?

Apparently, because this was auctioning taxes not paid in the first years prior to the financial crisis, there were more properties on the block than ever before in Franklin County - over 40. 

Similar to a home inspection, they go in and check what needs to be fixed on the property per code/safety, then they'll also ask what you'd like to renovate/upgrade.
