Parasitic Insurance coverage is nothing more than the proverbial symbiotic relationship that can & will suck the profit per door from any REI.... 

(and it's up to them to get proper documentation )must provide documentation showing that the ESA is free of parasites, in good health, up to date on vaccinationsprovide documentation that ESA is licensed according to the requirements of your local or state gov.

Parasites like this turn my stomach.

They operate in higher end markets in a parasitic fashion to traditional real estate agents. 

Geez man these people can’t even be classified as tenants they are parasitic leeches that need thrown out in the street !

Honestly a lot of folks Im sorry to say consider agents parasitic or a necessary evil.

She was utterly useless and seems to exist as a parasite. 

They are crate trained, up to date on vaccinations, healthy, we do preventive measures for parasites, we are very clean and take awesome care of our pets and space.
