Yes, I still believe a lot of brokers and REAs who are hostile to wholesaling industry are motivated by jealousy and resentment born out of the fact that they had to invest so much time and efforts to get licensed in RE, while wholesaler can get into assigning contracts and earning his average $10K per deal without any entry barriers, overwhelming regulations, caps on commissions and jumping through hoops that they had to in order to serve end buyers and sellers with fiduciary duty to parties they serve in retail market and public.

:mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: My application had to of been at least 30 pages with bank statements, specifics on my past deal, a statement on my expertise, and my father's (i use him for construction contacts as he's been building homes since before i was born), etc...there was a ton of paperwork, and it didnt' fund in 2 weeks..this took a month or 2 to set up.

But if something like that happened I will quick claim the property under my kids names since they were born in DR and hold dual citizenship and they will pay my wife and I monthly salary.Cost of management is 10% and they normally take one of the two-three deposits as form of finding the tenants.
