There is a lot of foreclosure in my area and this could be a very viable opportunity for buyers sellers, and me (provided that I am able to do strategic deals).

Presume this is all completed at this point as delivery of the  aircraft has been delayed for some time. 

I think I'll ultimately rent it room-by-room but not for the first year or two while I live in and rehab, and while strategizing my next move (which will largely be dictated by COVID and the market).

I think some investors will try to skirt the building inspectors and not permit/strategically permit because of the perceived hassle, cost, and added timeline of dealing with the local building department. 

I'm at a crossroads for regarding the next move strategically though with a couple bridges in sure you've crossed before.

I'm hoping that one day I can strategically make my cash flow in such a way that student loans and job security are no longer a source of stress.
