It got turned back on without a fee or anything but it was a distraction and PIA.So, yes, beware.Besides downloading music and movies illegally, the bigger issue is if someone downloads things like child porn. 

I don’t go by the “gospel” of Dave Ramsey anymore, but, he has some good nuggets here and there to take away…one of which was recently on a rant of his he called the media people who produce “fear porn.”  

Time to accept that the knees and body are shot and retire to my wood shop and VR headset.Sold my first one last year to the current tenant without a broker on either side and it worked out well for each of us.My second one is up for sale now, tenant wasn't interested.Tried a broker and that was not a great experience, he listed it on MLS and never once did a showing or visited it after the initial contact, I had to meet all appointments and do the walk throughs and sales pitch.

@Jared CornelisonI actually had this situation come up on my VR purchased a few months ago.

Any community with less than that is usually a hot spot for VR's.

Not many better places to own a VR than Hawaii!

Specifics matter.These are all "sex offenders": 1) Tenant was convicted of rape of young children and distribution of child porn and was just released last month. 2) Tenant was 18 and caught having sex with his 17 year old girlfriend.

Should our focus remain strictly in the mountain cabin VR just starting out?
