They'll blow their money on booze, vaping, Rx drugs legal or otherwise, fast foods, a couple of 55inch TV's, monthly cell phone & cable TV bills etc but have no concept of a Landlords property taxes going up to fund wasteful medicare, baby momma benefits, HEAP, food stamps etc etc.

If the house is occupied, make sure the tenants know that their TV will be out for a little while.If you hire roofers, they should make some effort to sweep up the driveway and maybe rake the yard when they finish.

In addition, I remain with € 300 uncompensated TV repair costs, because during assembly of the defective stove AND defective oven about 5x the fuse popped out, whereupon the TV mainboard was fried.
