Orlando.

A couple flippers I know in the Orlando area have recently started holding some of their fix/flip properties because they looked back at some of their past flips, what they sold for and their current value, and regretted not holding some of the properties. 

The property is in a great location, just 20 min from downtown tampa and just over 1 hr from disney /east orlando. 

Towns and cities that depend on tourism like Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami,... will get hit harder.
