1) in your online settings you can turn that off... there are youtube videos on it3- type the @ symbol then start typing their name... their name will pop up below the reply box  @Ryan Dossey

You can either report yourself ( by clicking on report abuse under your name), or you can PM (private message Josh, he's on your colleague list.And then there's my personal favorite, the @ mention (type the @ symbol and the first 2 or 3 letters of the persons name, then choose them from a list that will come up from your dialogue box...they will get notified you mentioned them)So, hey Joshua Dorkin, Amy B. is having trouble with multiple posts, can you help her delete them?
