Of course, they don't rent for the same $ as a single family but can do pretty well.The downside is that many of the adult parks have high HOA/Lot lease fees and then also the depreciation of the manufactured over time comes into play.One we manage is on a no HOA larger lot in a great area that rents really well and for good money.
