I know it's tempting because you're "guaranteed massive wealth" as long as you take the guru course and take "massive action" to steal granny's only asset for a few bucks to sell for twice as much.

You can do all these things now but without enough knowledge you'll ultimately be more likely to sour potential future relationships due to your inexperience.I would never discourage you from finding deals, but for where you are now it's more important to take action on what you understand right now.
