Consider calling your HVAC specialist and have them inspect the coils and ductwork of your cooling unit.

Tech says evaporator coil has a leak, system is all jacked up, pvc drain was cutoff, short in the system.

Just found out that the precious owner did put a new AC unit in about 7 years back but didn't change the inside coil.

Memory foam mattresses, with one coil bed for traditionalists.

Also the guy who remodeled warrantied nothing and used the cheapest stuff from online he could find, so I have had a heater go out that I had to track down a part online because no one carries them around here, and now I have an evap coil out, and have to replace the entire unit on the other side.

Or would it be more cost-effective to replace just SEER condenser and evaporator coil for the AC?

I own the nailer to put down flooring and I have a guy that works for me part time he is a great carpenter for the 14 bucks an hour I pay him.
