Leverage short sales to get good prices and plan on holding them a while, either as rentals or lease options.I have, however, read an article lately saying there may be a lot of rentals on the market as rehabbers end up stuck with properties they can't sell and rent them cheap just to staunch the bleeding.

There is a form you can fill out that are articles of organization that all members agree that all annual meetings do not have to be held.I have not heard that an attorney must do the eviction, but states are different and you will have to follow OH's rules.

I asked her how she was so comfortable with ghosts, and she told me that she had rented another house where a guy had killed his girlfriend then himself, and she would see them around the basement.A couple of weeks later I woke up and was watching the news and saw the news reporter at the scene of a homicide.

But the draw backs are not having the income from my current job and also lack of benifits.I just feel like the days pass by so fast but I can't get anything accomplished because by the time I get settled in at home its 7-8 pm and i relax for an hour go to bed and get up at 5am :protest: So its almost impossible to find the time to do anything more then read books, articles, check listings every now and then...etc
