I fully believe that in the end the new capital will save the deal for ODC, they’ll be able to return a small single digit EM to the pref equity holders after 10 years and the original LPs will still lose a portion of our investment.

They are finally allowing me to review the financial documents but it's all paper, none is digital, and I have to find time during business hours by taking a day off to drive 45 minutes to go look at these unorganized boxes of documents.

I've been fortunate to grow my properties by double-digits this past year (along with being blessed with a truly wonderful support system and mentors!) 

In many areas, we've seen double digit appreciation and rent growth for multiple years in a row.

If I inherit a tenant who refuses to use digital means I will just have to find a new qualified tenant.
