Generally we use "haul out" crews to come at the end of the day and load a truck with garbage to take to the dump.

My water bills are coming in higher than I anticipated, so I'm toying with the idea of installing submeters in my units as tenants vacate and turnover.

I work in the IT consulting/staffing industry so I can see IT projects across various industries so I can attest that yes, wfh is becoming the new norm for companies in Seattle and there’s trends to show it will be around for the long haul post-COVID.I second what the others have mentioned.

I've been toying with the idea of getting into the real estate business for years now.  

C or even B neighborhoods may have better potential for appreciation over the long haul.

I have learned to avoid general contractors and anyone who is too cheap (eg "craigslist handymen" unless its like demo and hauling, etc.)  

I don't want to pay for other people's trash haul off.

The are plenty of bad agents, I know, I didn't know attorneys showed properties or advised about a community or areas of appreciation, didn't know they pre-qualified folks or hauled them to a lender, pulled comps or valued properties, didn't know they did everything Realtors do.
