., I hear you, but what you suggest (jokingly or not) will get us fined and/or thrown in an overcrowded jail cell and it goes down hill from there.

She's open to suggestions but needs nudging and is always "in a bad cell signal area", that sort of thing.

And since I didn’t share mine here goes:1) work out 250 days of the year. 2) begin to create daily REI videos I.e YouTube channel 3) Create semi weekly REI podcast 4) Help do 85 in office transactions.5) Help REI coaching clients do an additional 50 transactions. 6) Give 25,000$ to my alma matters for donations. 7) Take two memorable vacations with my wife and newborn. 8) Keep a weekly journal to give to my son 9) Provide substaial and beneficial support to those who ask through service. 10) To hold up to my expectations of doing business as person of faith, spirituality, intergrity, and moral character. 

We have only been renovating 35 daysSorry with cell phones, and calenders all over i still managed to do this.I also wanted to say, as Steve pointed out that because the Garage is unheated,  we have decieded to run a little heat into it while we are renovating it.

They'll blow their money on booze, vaping, Rx drugs legal or otherwise, fast foods, a couple of 55inch TV's, monthly cell phone & cable TV bills etc but have no concept of a Landlords property taxes going up to fund wasteful medicare, baby momma benefits, HEAP, food stamps etc etc.

In December I had to start calling and emailing every day or so, and eventually started calling the CEO of Zest (Tim Moore) on his cell to get my disbursement in time to pay my mortgage.

And not their cell phone bill or rent.
