Happy to help out a little bit on this one.I will say, though - this deal is making me sad that I didn't go after those 3 buildable lots on Maple a little while back. 

(We went skiing in Austria last Christmas to make up for it.)So many associations are mismanaged....it's so sad.  

I see the Mexican government making a bid to gain back California lol :mrgreen: The sad thing is that Arnold would probably sell it to them for $5 and a bottle of Jose Quervo :mrgreen:

It's only going to get worse, but sadly nothing will correct them.

This was the sad part as they made the assets look so scarce and promised that investors could sell back tokens to them at anytime in the future. 

Sadly I didn't find out the RIA route was an option until after my second exchange.
